The youths need to speak out louder, I am tired of seeing people in government donating money meant to govern the people for their selfish reasons, if any government official want to make donations let him/her do that from their own wallet not the governments. In cancer management you need a well trained pathologist for proper grading of various cancers you also need MRI,CT SCANS and MAMMOGRAM for staging of cancers,this enables you to know the right modalities for treatment.you'll also need radiotherapy machines for radiotherapy as a modality of treatment...that is the direction to channel scarce resources to for proper management of cancer...
In all honesty,this looks like a photo op to me.
