Colour's OK. Looks plain military green.

On a good day, you shouldn't be able to identify a SWAT operative from his regular uniform. I believe that writing Swat allover his regular/normal uniform is somewhat amateurish.

Just write police on it and that's all. They need to put more thought into this thing before floating it lest it becomes another menace to the public.
