The average northerner be it educated or not has barely encountered or heard about SARS.

So why should he protest over something that is benign to him when he has more serious issues like banditry, terrorism and wide spread poverty ?

The reason SARS is an issue in the South is because SARS can get away with their artrocities and most importantly the South are enablers in this SARS racket.

Post an average uniformed govt agent to the north and he will bribe his way back to the South.

Road safety complained of Northerners not having driving liscence and other papers but you will hardly see them on the streets in the north because the northerner will not part with bribe money or even pay the fine. Why should he have a liscence sef? Are those levies and taxes not going to be ended up embezzled by one useless thief in govt? They need a push, a revving up, through Koranic verses. This is the only google through which they can see. The leadership of the protests should start an online radio to speak to northern youths in Hausa with Koranic reasons to protest. Komein used that method to succeed in Iran.
