normally people refer to PC as desktop (the big one) they are more powerful than laptops by far and can be upgraded/customized and are the main gaming PCs, laptops on the other hand cannot be customized or upgraded to an extent and rely on specs the laptop shipped with to know if it can handle games, laptops are diffrent from gaming PC's cos they consume little power and are reliant on batteries to keep them running

I don't get your second paragraph. Why isn't a pc good option for Nigerians. I can literally get any game for pc for free via crack. I downloaded horizon zero dawn a week after it was released for pc. I have played through and finished it. If the crack is what makes console better then why are you advocating for hacked ps4. Isn't that literally the same thing.

See either one is great. Pc more so because you can easy get cracked pc games for free. You just have to heavily invest in a gaming laptop or desktop. The only reason I am biased towards ps4 is their exclusives. But even at that you still have access to really good games on pc. Cyberpunk 2077 will be released on all platforms which is great for pc gamers. Instead of paying $60 for it on my ps4. I can do unlimited sub and download on my pc for free.
