Resuscitation and reactivation of these skills is very simple. Let us Go to another WAR. Necessity 'MAY' force the losing side (this time the North) to come up with more technological inventions to ensure survival. Perhaps after then, steps may be taken to institutionalize their skills, refine and orchestrate them and then Nigeria will become the 'Japan' that Biafra could not achieve. |
