We've just heard Femi Adesina giving us a long lecture on hatred and how it can destroy our country.

When certain parties fused together to form the APC, the intention was to wrest political power from the PDP. APC preyed on the general mood of the nation and swept to power. From all the promises made by APC we all believed and saw a party ready to move Nigeria to the land flowing with milk and honey. The campaign mantra was "Change".

What Femi Adesina and his group instilled in the subconscious of the people then with "change" was HATRED for GEJ and the PDP. Looking at the manner the Saraki dynasty was destroyed in Kwara state can one not say that the people of Kwara were instigated against the Saraki family? The major tool applied by APC in the otoge movement was HATRED. The people so hated the Sarakis and were more than willing to go the extra distance in destroying them.

While Femi Adesina and his cohorts drank the wine of victory they forgot that Nigerians were getting tired of bewitchment, bad policies, policy sommersaults, police brutality, forced hardships, calling the youths lazy, etc. They forgot that there would be a day of reckoning.

Wickedly this government shut the borders over a year ago, forcing the price of rice to more than double in one year. How do they expect, in their myopia, people whose salaries are less than 50,000 a month to purchase bags of rice worth 30,000? The people are saying otoge to this government and its wickedness.

Nigerians never had it so bad even during the bashed period of PDP. Femi Adesina and his people taught us hatred for the PDP and the ruling class then. They taught us how to not sit and watch ourselves suffer to the extent we have in the last 5 years. Today the broom they gave us is being used against them.

Today the youths have risen to say they are not lazy. Today the elderly have said enough to the hardship in the land. Today the thugs they employ to hijack ballot boxes and fight #Ensars protesters have turned against them to destroy their homes and businesses.

GEJ never muzzled the press of opposition. If he did, APC would not be in power today. Now if you talk about a governor, the president or a minister, you risk going to jail.

APC taught us how to hate. They should cope with it. What goes around comes around.
