Pray and determine. if you are more determine to leave it , you can achieve it. if God help you and you don't help yourself , you are not ready because God would not come down to help you. he had gave you what you need to avoid that but if you don't use it you will still find yourself in that mess.

You must know that, the spirit of porn is not you. I mean , whenever that though comes to you , you must know that you have possessed by another Spirit that is fighting against your real Spirit. Scientist have established that there is no vacuum anywhere in the world. It is the same in the Spirit realm; wherever the Spirit of God is not present, an evil spirit takes a seat. This is why many people keep going for deliverance sessions- trying to get rid of the same demon over and over again. It is not that the demon did not leave the first time, only that, when it did, the delivered fellow did not invite the Spirit of God into his/her heart to dwell, hence the demon came back with a legion to take over the heart. Such people end up worse than they were before they went for the deliverance session.

This is really less of a Xtian problem and more of a human problem.

Technology has made so many things possible.A man once said that he did something to his phone that makes his wife see whatever he does on his phone.I don't know how it's done but I think it's possible.You could do that same thing with someone you respect as a mentor in your Christian walk.Whenever you are tempted to look,you know that someone has access to your activity history and you'll be discouraged.You need someone you can be accountable to.Also, eliminate all forms of temptation from your phone,system, cos you can never be too strong to fall.If you see any woman and your mind tells you to look again, do not take a second look.Prayerfully do these things and I believe you'll see results.

I simply know that if I get married, my porn watching will reduce but my life is somehow now. I've not started living my life. I have different barriers from illness and other things like financial lack attached to it. I don't even have a girlfriend. I just use porn to ease myself sometimes.
