Here's the reply of someone that has been addicted to porn watching and masturbation for 9 years. Here's how I got out.

Here are the things I tried but didn't make me stop masturbating;
- Deleting all porn videos
- Reading about the perils and dangers of masturbating
- Getting a Girlfriend (made it worse)
- Being around many people (I masturbate anywhere, I always find means)
- Disallowing myself from looking at nasty and lustful views (is it even possible not to look, I'm always caught off-guard)
- etc....

For 9 years, I finally got to learn something that helped me.

Despite being a Christian, I've prayed and prayed, little did I know that I needed an "Inward Guidance" against this destructive act and also realizing the "Power of SELF".

Firstly, the inner guidance I'm talking about is having the Holy Spirit within you, if you have it, watching porn & mastubation will look like mere waste of time practice to you, believe me.

Secondly, the power of SELF itself, 95% of all humans acts are being done consciously, so definitely you consciously watch porn and also conscious masturbate, most of the time, its just what you SERIOUSLY WANT not that any spirit is using or controlling you.

All you have to do before the practices (only if you want to stop the acts) is ask yourself 'what do I want right now, ok watch porn abii, but wait oo, I have the ability NOT to want it nah, so wtf'.

People have the self-ability to not want anything, you just gotta acknowledge the Ability and the Power, it's there, believe me it is. Know that.

Also it's important to held unto the Spirit of God, sin can make that spirit leave you anytime, watch out for little little sins, you can't lose the spirit, He's yours guidance afterall.

Thats all - God's Spirit + The Power of Self not to Want.

Firstly what makes you think or qualifies you to be called a Christian?
Secondly there are no special kind of prayers to stop one from such. All you need to do is tell your body, soul and spirit that watching porn is evil and you have made up your mind to stop and let the urge also come to an end.
Tell God you want to stop it and every time the thought of it floods it let there be some kind of disgust that follows. That way you form a steady resistance as guard towards yours thoughts.

The first and most important thing to do as a christian to correct this habit is to make sure you are ready to change. Being ready to change requires a whole lot of sacrifices. The sacrifices does pay if one can pay the price which leads to the next step. More sacrifice i.e you keep up with the initial decision. You pray, you rise, you maintain!

I don't believe there are any special prayers for such things.
You have to regain control over your senses, I am afraid. Having an addictive personality is not all that bad, but it can be a slippery slope for those who have it. Also, not all addictions are bad, or a sin either. You may not realize this, but you have the option to choose what you will be addicted to. Yes, the object or material of your addiction is not written in your DNA, It is, in fact, in your mind. And the only real way to beat an addiction is to change your mind about what you are addicted. If you no longer want to be addicted to pornography, you need to start now 'renewing' your mind about pornography.

Another way of ridding oneself of an addiction is to switch one's focus from one object to another. The problem with this is you exchange one evil, in some cases, to another evil, if you are not careful. This also requires mental exercise on the part of the person who is dealing with the addiction.

That said, for those whose addictions have to do with sin, so long as you remain too lazy to control your own senses, your senses will control you, it is that simple. As long as you remain submitted to your senses in such a manner (in a sin), you are unable to submit to the Spirit of God. So, you have to make the decision to regain control over your addiction.

Stay somewhere that does not inspire pornography, IF IT IS within your power. For someone not in charge of her/himself, they should request to live with a friend or relative (target an occasion that would be ideal, like holidays, or somewhere near to your current location).
They should try giving a hint that they don't like so, so, so and so..... Or just lay down the facts before trusty people

I tell you, the most important things are:

This is a behavioural problem and unless God is going to transplant a brand new mind(character included) into Him in a wink, He, the OP, has to make the conscious decision to overcome it, and this is through hard work... mental hard work. He has to take back control of his mind from his senses, and refocus it where he would rather.

Even those who obey the commandments of Jesus Christ experience weakness... it is not a sin. Jesus Christ, just before He went to the cross, experienced weakness too.
