Timothy Here Again,

In this current economy, you might not be happy or satisfied with your current status, however, you can do better or improve on yourself. This really boils down on your ability to do these 3 things which you will find out as you continue to read below.

Whether you are a Boss or Employee, doctor or nurse, lawyer or secretary, teacher or student, civil servant, housewife or maid. You owe it to yourself to find satisfaction in your job as long as you have it. Your own mental attitude is the only thing you have control over. Furthermore, you are more determined to find satisfaction in your job if what you do aligns with what the Holy Books say that whatever you find yourself doing, do it with all your might and strength.

So, when you take a job that does not come naturally, you may experience mental and emotional conflicts and frustrations. Like you will always say “This job is stressful”, “This work is frustrating” However, you can neutralize such conflicts and frustrations through positive mental attitude and how proficient you will become on the job.

On a practical note, to get the best out of your job and get satisfaction is very simple. In fact, it becomes automatic, less stressful and seamless. With the exclusion of myself, I have done research on top individuals in different industries and the 3 approaches below were what I found in common, which you must start adopting NOW.

1. Always control your mental state. That is, be a watch guard of what goes into your mind.
2. Set a goal and time you want to achieve it because "what the mind of a man can conceive and believe the mind of a can achieve with positive mental attitude."
3. To succeed in anything, it is necessary to know the rules and understand how to apply them, it is necessary, you engage in constructive thinking, study, learning and planning time regularly.

Conclusively, it is your constant positive state of mind, goal settings tied around your job and ability to understand the rules of your job including studying and learning; will determine your success and satisfaction in your job. If you have not yet mastered some basic skills like learning of Advanced Excel, Financial modelling and having knowledge in various accounting Software, then how will you compete with your colleague? Simply put, you will get job dissatisfaction and finally, become unprepared for the next opportunity ahead.

Unfortunately, you will not blame yourself when, GOD FORBID, anything happens. Is it economic policies, government policies, uncaring employer, friends and family etc. that you use as an excuse?

Dedicated to your Success

It is either you plan to succeed or you don't plan to, which automatically leads to failure.
