Get the politics right, Gani Adams said this as at the time they were putting Amotekun logistics straight ,Lagos state refused to sign the bill into Law, all these happened in 2019, do not Forget that Gani Adams said, in the same interview that the National security Adviser (NSA) refused to approve the use of Pump action gun and ordinary dane gun (hunter gun) for the use of this outfit at this point the discussion ended in a stale mate. (According to Gani Adams In the-same interview)

Fast Forward to March 2020, when Lagos discovered that there was no head way for the Amotekun outfit to operate, since the approval of the use of ordinary hunter gun has been disapproved, by the National Security Adviser and other 5 south west governors are no longer showing interest in the establishment of the Amotekun oufit, Lagos state capitalized on this loop hole to pass the bill into Law in March 2020.

Now, ask Lagos State after the passage of the Amotekun into Law in March 2020 was there any significant approach or renegotiation with the National security Adviser ? definitely Not.
