The National Youth Service Orientation Camp at the Kubwa area of the country’s capital Abuja, has been reportedly attacked by mobs.

From the report confirmed by Naija News the incident was said to have happened at the early hour of Tuesday where the mobs reportedly blocked the major roads in the area and tells motorist to follow another path.

Reports from an eye witness who disclosed this to newsmen said that the mobs were seen with mattresses, plastic chairs, rice, groundnut oil and other items walking around the camp. However, no gunshot or any violent act was recorded in the incident.

A Helicopter was sent to monitor the incident while Police and the military men have been deployed to the camp.

However, Nation Naija also reported how angry mobs burnt down the statue of the First president of Nigerian, Nnamdi Azikwe in Anambra.
