Just curious, have you been to Bayelsa? Most part of Bayelsa is lowland.
Even the so-called Highlands might not have enough lands to accommodate the university.
Besides, the flood doesn't come every year.
The first time I witnessed it was in 2012, that's the biggest.
Others were in 2014, 2017, 2017 and 2020.

He was busy building Almajiri schools in the north thinking they would return the Favour during Election but they abandoned him for their own. He misused the greatest opportunity to return for second term. Politics is about Alignment. I expect him to have aligned with Tinubu to get substantial votes in southwest, consolidate with the vote in southeast, south-south and middle belt with some votes in the north. He was also sharing fund to traditional rulers in southwest thinking they can control their people not knowing southwest are too sophisticated to be used. The north he was busy building used Bokoharam to oust him from office because they don't send him.
