We see similar inconsistencies everywhere. Why would Thugs on Benin be so concerned about SARS and the police, the people that arrest them that they attack #EndSARS protesters.

Why was the jail break in Benin met with no police or prison security staff resistance? and the #EndSARS protesters were no where close there so where did the Thugs that broke into it get their cover from.

This chaos is little more than government cover and punishment on the people for rising up. At least they no longer have full control over it.
