great. I fear our entertainment industry is doing far better than our government. I guess voting Burna Boy as president won't be a bad idea.

P S: this can't be the first nollywood animated movie. they had one some years back, maybe 2004 or so.

Nice. But each one is termed "first"? The one Adesua Etomi and co did last year was also called "first".

Hot Ticket Productions stated that the movie is valued at $1 million and will serve as an escape for families.

In the statement made by Blessing Amidu, the Chief Executive Officer of Hot Ticket Productions, she said;

"As we approach the end of the year, it is important to provide some succor and means of escape and release for children and the entire family.

"We strongly believe that entertainment is a powerful tool for this.

"We hope the fantastic universe of Ladybuckit and the Motley Mopsters will serve as a source of joy for and laughter for Nigerian families.

"And millions of people around the world during the festive season and for many years to come.

"This year has been a tough one for the world. Families have had to deal with a global pandemic, economic challenges, and civil unrest."

It stars some of Nigeria's finest actors including Bimbo Akintola, Bola Edwards, Patrick Doyle, and a host of others.

She also stated that a lot of interest has been shown since the release of its teaser in August 2020.

"With scenes showing notable Nigerian landmarks and historical places such as Oloibiri, a community in Bayelsa State, where crude oil was first discovered in commercial quantity in 1956.

Watched the trailer. At least the audio is decent but I can't say the same for anything else. The characters are especially unappealing for something with that big a budget.
Also, dem dey skip post production?. Hope say politician no dey involved?!!

Animation and Gaming industry are one of the multi billion industry all over the world but unfortunately here in Africa, especially underdeveloped Nigeria all these animation softwares are still untapped due to one reason or another such as money, infrastructure, electricity, family pressure and time.
However, just try to use a free version of any of these software and confirm how powerful and very useful they really are.
But you must have a Laptop that have all these requirements:
Must have 8GB of RAM or 16GB of RAM or above
must be Core i5 or Core i7 or above
must have Nvidia graphics card GTX or RTX 900 series or above
must have 500GB ROM or above.
Unreal Engine
IClone 7
Autodesk Maya
Autodesk 3DMax
Cinema 4D
Blender
Toon Boom
Houdini
Unity
Zbrush
Powtoon
Adobe Animate
Harmony
Beatible
Pencil 2D
Animaker
Clara
Cheetah 3D
Form Z
Open toonz
Motion Builder
You can animate your own character using Maya Unreal Engine IClone 7 or Cinema 4D and start producing your own animated video series.
Opportunities to earn money are online aside doing fraud if only we can have time to explore and take them as a real business just like many serious offline businessmen and women take their business serious.
Thank you!!

If u want to do a feature film about monster's why not use monster's that are relatively known in Nigeria, like the bush baby, miss koi koi, willy willy etc. Using monster's that doesn't connect with Nigeria might make u loose out
