NPF FC: A Commensal, Parasitic And Malnourished Team.

The ancient city called Nigeria, known with her various traditional football clubs ranging from NPF FC, NA FC, NAF FC, NN FC, FRSC FC, NSCDC FC, EFCC FC and DSS FC. All these local teams play simulateously independently to the admirations of their respective fans. Those of the military wings would always win laurels whenever they played outside the shore the Nigerian city while it's always a dismal performance at home.

NPC FC/team is my main focus today. This FC is meant to be the embodiment of Man U, Barca, Chelsea, Bayern, R Madrid and other great European teams to the satisfaction and realiability of its numerous home fans but the reverse has always been the case.
It's a team that should traditionally be scoring goal against 'anti-peace/public' FCs (fighting crimes) in all directions but it has derailed from this lofty course by 'shoting wide' at goal post or scoring own goal (oppersing, harassing, extorting and diverting justice) to the utmost disappointment of its teeming fans (the people).

We can't deny the fact that every football(ing) team is structured in administration, technical, finance and marketing. NPF team has all these laudable structures on paper but not in reality because of the sociological/cultural setting of it's host city.

The city called Nigeria has never been stable, peaceful and trustworthy to merit the type of great footballing outfits seen in Europe because the management of the NPF FC is oriented/wiree to play to the preferred technical pattern of the league management (current administration/ presidency/FG). It's the sole aim of the past and present league managements (incumbency) to use the playing pattern of the NPF FC to please its self at the detriment of the club's image and the larger fans (the citizens). The league management (presidency/FG) does this to score commensal and parasitic goals against non-supporters (critics/opposition parties) of its agendas across board.

The aforementioned has dealt a heavy blow to the club's expected growth and development over the years. Big clubs in Europe are know to be independent in finance and recruitment but only regulated by their respective league managements. This is the opposite in the city of Nigeria as the club's hands are tied and only eat crumbs from the devilish structured league management, which is a big clog to its operational effectiveness and profitability both to self and the teeming fans.
Guy, I'll not waste your precious time in reading this epistle but I've been to other part of the country (my metaphor for WORLD). Their PF (police force) is well and better managed and also independent of interference from the league management (the excecutive) but only get regulated for up-to-date policies and adequate fundings.

No city has ever gone to another continent (planet) to recruit players, not even aliens, each people in the city get recruited into her respective FC. Europeans with their deep pocket recruit the mentally (academic), physically (street credibility) and technically (psychological) fittest, player to play in their leagues but the city of Nigeria would rather go opposite by putting sentiments, tribe, religions, affiliations and half-baked academic qualifications to scout for players.

Every sport analyst knows the five positions in football: Goal keeping, Defence, Midfield, Wing and Forward. The NPF team have these positions viz Goal keepers (regulars), Defenders (special fraud/intelligence unit), Midfielders (special protection unit), Wingers (mobile police..... counter terrorism unit as right wing & explosive ordnance squad as left wing) and Strikers (SARS).

Each of these positions has its etiology (origin) and history of/for formation. While the regular (goal keepers) and SPU were the oldest right from the colonial masters, the mobile police (mopol) was the making/creation of the first city mayor, Alhaji Tafawa Balewa who was impressed with the Midfield (mobile police force) in the Malaysian league in 1960s. He introduced the mobile police force to quench the fire of political instability in he newly freed (independence) city in the 1960s by establishing a police institute in Ila-Oragun purposely to trading officers who would be readily mobile to deployed to quench riots(eous) acts.

SARS was the making of IBB in 1992 when fans (the people) were being pummeled by different robbery incidences. The then city mayor (IBB) ordered the newly created strikers/SARS to have a bit of military training as the fans were tired of the NA FC on the street while clamouring for civil rule.

Ordinarily, the combinations of these positions should give any teeming fans (the masses) confidence of torrential results that will see their team occupying the top part of the league but lean budgetary allocation coupled with parasitic team managers (top officers: IGs, DIGs, AIGs CPs, DCPs, ACPs etc) with intertwined bureaucracy often make the monetary allocation suffer and die thereby affecting the purpose.

These city and team bureaucracy is a joy killer that emanciate players' (officers') morale. Chief Sunday Adewusi (Coach/IG) had a rebranded and vibrant football team as a coach but the fear, myopic and complacency of the then mayor (Head-of-State) made the booming tools and infrastructure die. This singular act deflated the club's budget and laid the foundation of rot till today.

NPF team itself is a victim of the sociological reality of the city and government in terms of welfare, attention and aspiration. Every team is expected to field 11 players on the pitch but team NPF deflates its fielding by following the playing formation (goal keeping, defence, midfield, wing and forward) but avoiding the traditionally stipulated numbers of players on the field (a metaphor for population/geography to number of police) by using 1 goal keeper, 2 defenders, 2 midfielders, 1 winger and 1 striker to prosecute every of it's matches.

A simply interpretation of this is that the team needs more player who would fill the void and cover the lacuna of players being used by the city elites (politicians/the rich) as body guards.

European teams see their stadia (stadiums) as a crucial infrastructure that needs frequent remodeling but the stadiums being used but the team NPF is only fit for breeding bacteria when compared with the modern reality. The league managements would embark on white elephants projects while claiming it's building great edifices for the team and also lack of maintenance culture on the path of the team is alarming.

Weekly wages is one paramount issue that teams and players agree on before and during signing, this is a motivating factor that helps the players focus and give their best/loyalty to their team. NPF team never pays its players the type of 'living wage' that magnetise total loyalty to the city and team. It's an open truth that most players in the team were products of 'at-all-at-all' who inturn see at the fans (the masses) as preys.

The Great wall of Benin empire cannot contain my thoughts on this team but the Forwards/Striking (SARS) department is highly notorious for shotting wide, scoring own goals at the expense of the fans (the public). It's the most cruel department who, if it truly answered to its calls, should be tackling kidnappers, cultist and armed robber.

Lackadaisical, complacency and watery supervision over the years has catalysed the impunity and rots being protested against by the fans. The fans (public) is the sole loser in the derailment of SARS off its path while incumbent powers, politicians and the rich were only beneficiaries of their satanic operations.

The fans had always voiced their angers against their parasitic players/officers but the league managements never see anything good in the past cry because they (the high and mighty) use SARS to widen the 'class gap' in areas of land grabbing, official assassinations, detainment, and suppressions that promotes their greedy and tyranic overlords.

The most abysmal their undoing is the trend of victimising young folks with nice looks, flashy cars, tattoos and dreadlock. FIFA rule is against tackling any player who's not holding the ball on the pitch but NPF team never observe and obey that simple rule, they instead nod and shot at every fan in the stadium while claiming the seats are goalposts.

The defunct SARS sees iPhones as riffles, tattoos as explosives, dreads as suicide vests, laptops as illegal armoury and Benz as homicide. They lord themselves as the triune by concluding investigation before arrest, charge without court, hearing without defence and hit the gavel without a judge. Their unmarked and disgusting and nationally disgraceful vehicles is the court while their weapons and uniform is the power they bank on.
The penalty for their verdict is payment in bitcoin, POS, cash or ATM. And if any victim can't fulfill any of these, he/she shall be roasted in the guillotine studded with mostly innocent souls.

A thorough research needs to be carried out to ascertain how and why there has no incidence of robbery and kidnapping in the souther part of the city (Nigeria) since the protest began penultimate week. The official defence given for this notorious unit is that they help in curbing kidnapping and robbery but I've not hard that the enemy FC (kidnappers and armed robbers bandit) struck or scored a major goal in the 18 yard box of the southern part of the country.

The fans/public only know of the marauding players/officers but the backbone (senior officers) that strengthen them are right inside the offices whom they remit to regularly.
