Undoubtedly, African nations are battling with violence their various nations while the Europeans are battling with Covid-19.

Recently turning a blind eye to whatever could happen, An exiled former rebel leader and prime minister, Guillaume Soro, has urged Ivory Coast’s army to intervene in the unrest experienced in Ivory coast.

The influential call-for-help which went up on social media came after the presidential election in the nation ended with a declaration of President Alassane Ouattara as the winner for a third term.

However, the declaration which has caused violence seem to be putting the entire ivory coast on stand still.

Gistongist gathered that besides Soro who is in exile due to corruption claims, the main opposition candidates Henri Konan Bédié and Pascal Affi N’Guessan have been gagged by the security operatives as they called for rival administration after Ouattara was declared winner of the election.

Soro should stay where he is and stop putting fire on the already volatile Nation. President Outtara has the military and other forces on his side, France are on his side as well. What is needed now is a peace deal that will see Outtara finish the 5yrs and relenquish power, as the peace loving people of Côté D'ivoire are not ready for a second war in 10yrs
