*Osinbajo is Nigeria’s Joe Biden, let’s make it happen*

There are many similarities between the US President-Elect, Joe Biden and the present Vice President of Nigeria, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo but nothing shouts out than their zeal to want to unite and give people opportunities to succeed.

As Vice President, they were both restricted by the constitutions of their country; they had to flow with the agenda of their bosses and they are both very loyal.

When Biden was going to run for President, Obama was his number one surrogate and he aggressively campaigned for Biden in swing states like Michigan and Florida.

Many in Nigeria would expect President Buhari to back and campaign for his deputy if he does declare for Presidency in 2023. As of now, Osinbajo has stayed away from politics of 2023 and has concentrated on his job.

He has tried to ensure that #EndSARS protesters are given the justice they demand because they are not only citizens of Nigeria but they are the future of Nigeria.

He directed governors of the 36 states and the Minister of FCT to set up Judicial Panel of Inquiries and to compensate the victims of police brutality.

He was the first to summon the Inspector General of Police to his office on a Sunday, telling him to ban SARS before taking him to the President to make it official.

He is a man of empathy; he is the people in Aso Rock. He is the man who set up a committee of governors to interface with the youths and who has stated that he will also meet with youths.

His time as Acting President was when I got a glimpse of how an Osinbajo-led administration will be. I think four or eight YEARS of Osinbajo as President will bring unbelievable change to Nigeria.

Only God knows if this will be but as for me, I see no man better than Osinbajo for the future.

Osinbajo has requisite knowledge and understanding of how things should run. He demonstrated that as acting president, during his reign as Acting President, it looked like there was no opposition in the country because the opposition could not hold onto any issue to criticise about as he was attending to issues intelligently and logically.

He solved the agitation of MEND without using the military, he solved the then rising problems of Fuel Scarcity/Subsidy removal, he put civil servants on their toes, Ministers began acting intelligently, infact there was a FEC meeting which held for nine hours (NINE GOOD HOURS), that is because the issues been deliberately upon has not been resolved which must be conclusively resolved before any minister leaves the FEC meeting.

And many more other issues, he understands the challenges of the youths, and know clearly how to make the youths achieve their dreams. He has never been accused of tribalistic tendencies from any quarter.

Since he's Nigeria's Joe Biden he should go and wait for four years after the expiration of their tenure(just like Joe Biden did) then come back in 2027. If he is truly the Joe Biden of Nigeria we will vote him in grin grin

Yeah, but wike or fayose will first have to win the next election and cause more havoc and make unguided speeches before osibanjo can be eligible to win either of them. Is that what you're envisaging?

I agree with your submission. Osibanjo did very well those days as acting president.

He is the one Nigeria need now. This is not the time to talk about tribe. Nigeria is sick and need deliverance

Osinbajo won't be president...

1) He doesn't have the political clout. He lost his polling unit at the last elections.

2) He never challenges evils done by his principal, so he is as guilty as his principal.

3) He is a fake pastor and a sleazy lawyer.

4) He is yoruba, and under the zoning principle yorubas have taken their turn. It is the rightful turn of the SE.

5) He is a tribalistic and nepotistic yorubaman, we all saw how the list of aides he appointed in Aso villa was filled with yorubas.

Nigerians say NO to Osinbajo.. Your image white-wash propaganda for osinbande won't work.
