Lies upon lies. Which Police. You were complaining about your deaths and humiliation. Now you can feel what several families go through from your actions. Killing people anyhow. Truly whoever kills with sword doesn't want razor around him.

Just like it is with women.
If these policemen want to go, the IGP should let them go. "Never beg who doesn't want to be with you to be with you."

Agbamuche learnt the hard way that when a woman tells you that she is fed up; you should neither try to beg, coerce, blackmail or cajole her to stay back when he found out that the pastor whom he begged to counsel her on the importance and sanctity of marriage was the father of their 3rd child.

The IGP should not be scared.
The truth is that; even if all these policemen choose to retire today, there are many of us who are willing to pick up their batons and guns and replace them at those checkpoints collecting every 50 naira bribe with the truest diligence.

Hmmm, hated by mods but loved by many.
The news of ya returns overshadow the police news. Na wa ooo.

Let me tell you implications

Those resigned, thr is high tendency that 75% of them will not get job/income as it was.

Those who knw how to use arms are suddenly disengaged, many of them will join armed robberies and other crimes

Even the incoming police, thre is high tendency that 75% of new recruits will behave the same way, those disengaged did, because its societal problems, not peculiar to one profession.

At the end both government and Innocent citizens will suffer more.
Don't mind all these people. They think that police is the problem like they will do differently from the ones in the police right now.
The society is the problem. Remove everyone in Nigeria Police right now and recruit new ones including a new IG the problems will continue unless Nigerians purge themselves of corrupt tendencies, nepotism, seeing public office as a means to intimidate others.

We don't need these set police officers that see theirselves as demigods that only know how to extort and torment the masses with everything they do. They should leave because I don't want them.

No one will be against the police if they are actually doing what they are supposed to do in the right way.

These current crop of police are corrupt beyond redemption. They should be scrapped entirely.

it's only the good police officers that would genuinely resign. we all know the corruptions going on in the police force will not allow the thieves and bad ones to resign.

You people are not serious. What about all the days, weeks, months and years of brutalising your fellow men put Nigerians thru.?
Oh! That doesn't count? They put you thru just few days of trauma and now you're giving up. We also lost loved ones in your hand. Don't you dare forget that!
Those that don't want to work again should resign and make way for more efficient officers to come in.

We Need to understand the decision taken by the some of these police men. From the start, they have not been well taken care off. Hence they resorted to taking bribe to survive. Then ENDSARS Protest came and they were at the mercy of the Hoodlums. Currently their moral is very low and the IGP has a lot of work to do to motivate them. Take for example Edo state in this video, the number of Guns these Hoodlums looted from the police station is very plenty and scary. At the end, na we citizens nai go suffer if police moral day low.

Forget it.....

The only reason why people resort to jungle justice is lack of trust in Nigeria Police due to their gross corruption tendencies.

Ever since they stopped working, what's the crime rate in the country?

How many innocent okada riders has murdered by police bullets?

How many large scale robbery have we witnessed?

Those criminals knows one thing for sure...... Without police they are not safe!

The reason is, anytime they are caught, it is jungle justice... Operation no mercy.

The officers of Nigeria Police are the real criminals on our streets and they deserve this treatment and many more except they start defending the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
