Johnrake69: Bros, DHL and UPS are PRIVATE companies... Unless you are mixing up UPS with US Postal Service - not the same thing! Meanwhile, on all those Oyinbo countries that you cited, their citizens actually pay TAXES... Accordingly, those benefits come from TAX revenues and not from SHARING wealth produced by others. Nigerians have a weird one-sided concept of citizenship... One in which there are only rights and benefits but no responsibilities and duties. Even when Nigerians cite unemployment benefits abroad, they don’t get that it’s actually INSURANCE... In effect, you pay into the pool when you are employed, and get benefits therefrom when you are unemployed. > |

BreconHills: Pls next time, try to care about "anyones double judgement". It will enable u understand what is being said & then help determine what contribution u should make to what is being said. So ur facts& figures can end up being a "complete waste of time" if they weren't solicited as is this case |

lexy2014: If you had been born as Nigeria was getting independence, you would have learned by now that subjective reasoning over Nigeria is a waste of time. The generation that will change this country will not be talking Babout fairness, or who did what. Rather they will be pragmatic, focused and result oriented. You have time. |

BreconHills: Once again, off point. Pls read again maybe u didn't understand my English: "Part of d job of govt is to take popularity polls. What aspect of popularity polls it is to ignore or accept is up to it& if it can live with d consequences of it's decision. So to suggest that taking popularity polls isn't d job of govt is very much out of place as far as d subject of government/politics is concerned". To d points u raised, am sure u have heard d term "approval ratings"? Maybe u just fell from d sky when Trump became president & everything before then is alien to u. Even ur conclusion about Trump is highly inaccurate |

BreconHills: Mehn...I fail to see d relevance of what u are saying to d issue being discussed. Seems u have a lot on ur mind & in a hurry to talk, but u don't seem to no d appropriate platform or opportune moment to share ur thoughts. This is just way off tangent |

trutht828: BUHARI is not a saint..NO ONE is.. But Buhari NEVER pilfers Nigeria's commonwealth.. |
Re: FG To Sell Three Power Plants For N434bn by trutht828: 2:08pm On Nov 18, 2020 |
morgstreme: Buhari never pilfered, but Buhari protected those who pilfered Nigeria's commonwealth. If you seem not to be stealing but you intentionally protect and defend thieves, what does that make of you? A thief, right? |

morgstreme:I don't need to think deep before mentioning one. Has Buhari not praised and eulogised kano state governor despite the latter being caught red handed collecting bribe? Is it that you don't know or you just choose blindness over rightness? |
