Nyesomghosa Wikevie has been collecting our oil money while abusing us all these while. If the right thing is done and all communities ceeded to Rivers State from Imo and Abia states unjustly, are retuned to these states, it's obvious that the loquacious upstart from a sterile ObiAkpor will struggle to see the endless funds he uses wantonly to forment troubles here and there! Most of his derivation funds from non offshore wells come from these communities, yet they get nothing from the state governor! He uses derivation money from other communities to develop his own local government and then send in fulani soldiers to go and finish the villagers for daring to raise their voices...Very rascally brat.

Chest beating as usual!

Claim it abeg why should imo state oil Money be given to rivers state, what do we have in common different people, different political parties, different geopolitical zone.

We Igbo's should let the SS have some of our people with time we would use that to our benefit.

If only imo shared boundaries with bayelsa I don't mind dashing them a clan

That is what APC is aiming to cripple. This is why APC needs Abia state so bad. With Abia state they can successfully resolve the disputes and relieve Rivers state of Egbema, Obigbo, Ndoki and all Asa areas completely thus reducing the finance of PDP and watch the party go extinct.
All these is possible if Abia defect before Wike. Because if wike goes first, they will prefer crippling Igboland economy over the party's interest, something PDP did for 21 years.
So the ball is in SE court. Progressive future or Pride.
Believe me some SE leaders will choose pride over it. Sorry to say this, this is what yorubas have on us. By now all of them would have defected to gain those areas

People will be put forward as the center of this fight but the reality of this oil money is the pocket and selfish interest of the political goons in Imo state.
Supreme court governor using supreme court to steal from people for personal gains.
Can any good things come from Another Promise Cancelled?

Rivers state is an artificial creation. Its borders make no sense. I have pointed this out in the past and was accused of land grabbing. There are so many Igbo communities from Imo and Abia trapped in that quagmire.

I think It is very necessary.

It shouldn't have mattered where the oil wells fell in given the homogeneous nature of the ethnic groups.

But with Wike pulling some crazy moves, I wouldn't blame the East for getting all that is theirs by any means possible.

But the Wikes of Ikwerre think that Igbo go use Ikwerre do pepper soup without rest of Nigeria.

Beira Corridor in Southern Africa comes to mind:
when that time comes, we shall ask for a Corridor to the ocean from any group.

Enough of the insult from these people. After abandoned property saga in PH, Wike came to open old wounds.

This might definitely be the reasons why they are denying been igbos so that other ethnic groups in rivers would be allowing them to rule rivers state.

Ndoni has never been part of old eastern region instead it was in mid west Nigeria. If ndoni is to leave I believe it would be right to cede it back to present delta state were they can unite with the Adiah and ukwuani brothers, I wonder y delta state is not fighting for oil rich ndoni the heart beat of hydrocarbon in the central delta region
I think u have a point

Hmmmmm,
I can see where you are coming from. But beyond "defection" is a perennial morbid fear of the Igbo. That's the elephant in the room. You have to take that into consideration too. I'm not sure the APC leadership will ever keep their own part of the bargain. Remember that Amaechi is still there and really fought hard to keep those oil wells when some were given back to Imo during the tenure of Goodluck Jonathan.. I doubt it can go that smoothly even if the fat frog at Umuahia government house decides to jump into APC . The whole plan will develop a K-leg if somebody simply shouts "Nnamdi kanu" name at the middle of any of their meetings.. They will all start seeing Godzillas and kingkongs all over the place..
grin nice analysis
