MESSAGE TO THE CHURCH Part 5
(Religious & Christlike)

Matthew 7:21-23,
Much thoughts came into my heart after reading the above passage. Irrespective of our various works in the house of God, none of them qualify us to Heaven except we do the WILL of the Lord

The WILL of God is the total obedience to Him and His words(Bible). Many of US are only religious without any iota of Christianity in US. We behave well in the presence of our Pastors or Members but we are something else after the Church

We are very prompt in coming to His House, the gift is there for us to heal the sick and cast out demons in His name, administratively we are perfect, we do all that we can to get promoted BUT never in a day thought of ensuring our closeness to Him in Spirit and Truth

Position will not take any one to Heaven not even your contributions to His House will take you either

It is time for our sermons to focus more on these in our various gatherings, we must NOW live like Christ and be prepared to meet Him anytime SOON

Take this as a word of advice Heb12:14 Work at living in peace with everyone, and work at living a holy life, for those who are not holy will not see the Lord.
