I don't think there's any European country with easy migration policies especially for the legal route. The UK just launched a point based immigration system. You should look towards it.

Have you tried south America? Uruguay, Chile, Brazil, Argentina and Mexico are countries with very fast growing economies and easy migration policies at least for now. Asia is also there too. Look outside Africa especially if your plan is to get a job in the country you are going to. South Africa has the most jobs in Africa and yet the youth unemployment rate there is over 50 percent. People are unemployed for years after graduation despite the standard of universities there.

True. The countries that speak English are very competitive. USA, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand. If you are really serious about migrating out of Nigeria target non English speaking countries and start learning the language here. From there find your way to those countries. Targeting the English speaking countries from here is not easy and you don't want to migrate as an illegal.

Oh yes. African nations are all cursed. We don't even have economies here. There's absolutely no jobs in all of Africa. You can use linkedin jobs and then target the general jobs in each African country. Some countries have less than 30 available vacancies for the millions of people living there. The pay is also very low. Standard salary across the majority of Africa is less than 100 USD a month.

You have to do your research. Research the country's economy, unemployment rate juxtapose that with the number of available jobs and make your decisions.
