My Techno Spark 4 suddenly stopped powering on last year.

It doesn't even charge when you plug in the charger.

Is it possible to rescusitate this phone without me loosing information stored in it?

There's every probability that you lose your information.

Take it to Carlcare.
It could be battery problem.
