What's that one thing that bother you while cooking RICE, YAM, NOODLES OR SOUP probably Boil Over. This is one irritating thing every chef wants to avoid but it seems inevitable. I've made many research and tried out a few things myself. Many people believe placing a wooden spoon, paddler or Spatula over a boiling pot prevents the content from pouring away while boiling. Apparently NO, it doesn't always work, I've found out other ways to get this problem solved. 1. By using Boil Over Preventer 2. By adding oil 3. By using a collanda.
