Charts are graphical representation of what has happened, what's currently happening and a good predictive factor for projecting the future of an asset/currency.

Seriously, it is very important people take the highly correlated trends of Bitcoin/crypto to stocks with a grain of salt, as it's just a matter of time before Bitcoin returns to an uncorrelated trend. 

People like u have bn brainwashed and I leave u to it b4 u realise by urself and relearn.

The thing with correlation is this : It is not 100 % perfect. One pair might move before the other or move faster than the other. One might be trending whilst the other is in a range. Correlation should serve as a guide for making trading decisions but it is no substitute for support and resistance or other forms of technical analysis especially if the market you are trading is in a range like what BTC is doing now. If you entered a short at 18.8k with stop loss at 19.2k based on say NASDAQ100 don breakout. You for don chop losses back- to-back. That's why BTC can be ranging and XRP or ETC (Ethereum Classic) will be pumping.
