Horrible narration by the narrator. He should please enrol in any good English speaking class. Lack appropriate vocabularies and sounds incoherent.

Apparently, from responses here, the road does not make sense as touted.

Oga traveller.. Do you that there re lanes in some section of aba-port harcourt Road that has been over taken by elephant grass... A complete disaster. It has never happened before in history
