Where do u live, if it's Lagos, don't expect it to be visible, such things are usually visible in clear sky and with the aid of telescope.
Don't expect to use to eye to see such even in a polluted environment.

It's visible to the nakėd eye. You just need to know where to look.

Google a star map and check from your location. Or download an app that shows you the sky based on your location.

You can use the app Skyview. It has a free version and is very easy to use. Search for Saturn (or jupiter) it'll show you where it is in relation to you. I had to walk about a bit as the buildings around me tend to be quite tall.

In Nepal you can see how bright and more visible the stars that we see almost every day on the sky to the eyes, far more than you can see in any other country.
The fact somethings are visible in some countries doesn't mean it is not real.
