Am I qualified going by the publication?

Same thing happens to me too, mine was even more complicated. By August ending i was already 28 but I believe that what God can not do, does not exist..We move que sera sera.

Yes second class is not eligible for EH, don't know about GT. The will only allow you upload your masters first before first degree, if you have a 2:2.

If not because they're mumu, you want to hire someone with above 6 years experience and you're still making referral to his "second class" degree. Certificate is now above experience?

Certifications and Trainings sections shouldn't really be a thing for GTs

Its simple, choose second lower and upload your masters if you finished with HND lower credit or choose second class upper if you made Upper/distinction in your HND.
In this case it will be considered as ANY OTHER EQUIVALENT QUALIFICATION.

If your HND is lower then you need masters to augment it . But if you wanna dagbo the system just like that if you don’t have masters then still pick Bsc first class and submit . It is about gambling .

Your HND is an equivalent of BSc. So pick Second class upper if you finished with minimum of Upper credit or you select Second class lower if you finished with lower credit BUT you MUST upload an MSc status in the last scenario.
I have a BSc and Masters with 9 years working experience in an FG parastatal. So the HND doesn't apply to me. I'm only giving you an accurate way out that you don't need to nurse any doubt.
In current recruitments they usually tag it as BSc or HND equivalent. So I believe it's same with this recruitment too.

Choose bachelor's degree, then select the grade. If it's 2:2 you selected ( which is equivalent to lower credit) you MUST upload a Master's certificate or statement of result.
