They are conmen
And their works are full of lies.

Passions can go to hell
Emotions to colleen and Adonis

I'm not one. My teardryer, lost and forgotten

Keep your bags and baggage by the corridor
We do not need a dufflecoat from them to pass our storms
We will buy new ones if need be.

Don't see me as a perfect guy
I'm not. I make mistakes. Costly ones.
That's why I've lost relationship upon relationship.

We're from opposite sides of the divide
There are differences. Not too big differences. Just potholes on the tarred road.
Friends, foes, families will point them out
You see why we need our heads not our hearts.

I'm not funny
Don't ask me to make you laugh
If need be, I'll provide a sofa, on which we will seat
Watch our children play tantrums.

Love is work
Relationship is hardwork
Marriage is for two people who truly want to be together.
