the boy might snick outta the house unnoticed by anyone . it happen to me once when i was very small. i wanted to cross the express on my own. i got knocked down.....i latter found myself walking alone on a open field, filled with yellow grass grows knee high.
and then i had a loud voice calling my name like 100 miles away.
and d next thing, i woked up on hospital bed right in my mother arms.
i was alive again.
damn! i cant forget that experience.

This festive period, most of these drivers are drunk, all they do is drive recklessly, they know even if they kill someone nothing will happen . They will still have their Prayers license intact.
In a saner clime, they will just test this driver, if any trace of alcohol is found in his system, he will go to prison direct, and will never be allowed to get near any steering in his entire life.
