Was Lam Adeshina,the late Governor of Oyo state a Christian when he dealt decisively with the murderous fulani herdsmen in the same area of Oke Ogun in year 2000 ? Do you know what Lam Adeshina did ? He got several reports that fulani herdsmen were killing farmers and rapping their women in Oke Ogun area of Oyo state. He visited that place and had several meetings with the Obas,Baales and Fulani Serikis of the area. This and other efforts did not stop the nefarious activities of the fulani herdsmen still.

Do you know what he,the Governor did ? He acted like Buhari and did what he would have done in that situation. He pretended like he was not aware of what was going on in the area again and that was a signal to the people of the affected areas to protect themselves. It was just a handful of local hunters of Oke Ogun that flushed out all fulanis in that area within a short period and at the end of which scores of fulani herdsmen laid dead. It may interest you to know that the vast majority of those brave hunters who crushed those murderous fulani herdsmen in that year were actually Yoruba Muslims.
