Okay, if you say so. forgetting that all that, capitol and what ever are tax payers paid for. The legislators, senate, house and whatever are serving the tax payers, which i believe the guy is one of an American tax payers. People owns power.

Maybe the guy needs to go to the pentagon and do the same thing and see what will happen to him since his tax funds the military too. Pentagon is a stone throw from the capitol. These are vital government institutions that need to be respected.

Yes! Why shouldn't I? unruly behaviours isn't a crime. Last year some so called protesters, burnt down businesses, people's houses and even murdered alot of people, now that is a crime!
