Guys, please I need help.
I have very tough hair that always gets scattered easily no matter how well I comb.
Also, getting rid of all my hair is out of the question because I look awful in low cut or bald.
There are men I see with shiny well groomed hair, but I can't figure out how they do it.

Please any help offered will be greatly appreciated.

I'm in my late 20s and started losing the hair on my temple this year. Mehn it's been a very depressing development. I've kept dreads, afro, punk, just name it from my late teens till my mid 20s. My hair is so dark, people assume I dyed it black. They also think, sometimes that I relaxed it when they feel the texture but that's from my maternal Fulani gene.

Oga this your problem, there are many people like me that would gladly take it from you if it was possible. I mean literally carrying your problem on my head. Just ask Davido.

Increase ur protien intake.its like ur protien intake is too low.ur hair needs a lot of protien to make it look glossy and thick.apart from ur diet u can also use hair creams.

mostly diet .like I said b4 ur protien intake should be adequate then hair cream plus regular visit to the barber.thats what d guys u see do.
