But what about a wife who decided to disobey every instructions of the husband (whom we know is the representative of God in the family)

The only time the man is relevant is when bills are to be paid.

I am afraid that when it comes to God and His Judgement, you are lost in the lies that have been told you by your many pastors and preachers out there who themselves have near no understanding of God's truth.

Those in the world, the unbelievers have already been judged to die in their graves - perish I.e. cease to exist once they die.

Those who believe however will not be judged until after Jesus Christ returns. He and He alone is the one to condemn those who believe in Him but refuse to obey Him.

Now, since Jesus Christ never instructed any of His followers, even the females, to obey anyone else but Him, I am afraid any man who pretends himself a god of sorts over his spouse is severely deceived. The man instead will be judged for his foolishness.

Any woman who sets her husband as head over her, against Jesus Christ's own teachings mind you, risks her very soul for only those who obey Jesus Christ will enter into His Kingdom. Being obedient to your husband is in itself against Jesus Christ.
Same goes for the man, any man who obeys his wife and not Jesus Christ, is against Jesus Christ.
