1...The rent for the year 2021 has not change,it is still 140,000 you paid last year.
So far you'll be resuming on the 18th of January,I implore all who wants to retain their room to pay up before the end of this month or face forceful eviction.
2...I'm using this medium to notify the occupant of room 1 of block A to vacate the room(A1) on 18th January 2021 and hand over the keys to Mr Dimeji of room F1.
I thank the occupant(Room A1) for their patronage but I'm not renewing their tenancy this year based on some personal reasons.
