I guess the point the Op is trying to make is that Nigeria does not lack the human resources to move this country forward. Aside the 3 political appointments, the Op also mentioned other Nigerian Americans doing very well in the US. The same way America sources for talents of any nationality, should be the same way our governments should be scouting for Nigerians all over the world with the capacity to make impacts in our country.
