This is why they can never face the real enemy - Boko guys, Bandits, etc They spend too much time harassing the civilians they were meant to protect. Just like a man who enjoys beating the wife, when the real enemy shows up, he's unable to withstand. This is really unfortunate. Law breaker who is a custodian of the law. Nemesis is on the way soon. 2 Likes |

This is the consequence of quota rather than merit system in the army. Sometimes, some of them lack even the most basic of decorum just because of the intoxication of where they come from. Send this Nasiru to bornu and he will cry like a baby. Imagine carrying cutlass against an unarmed civilian. |

NewDelhi: Because he is a coward. He expected Ofoedu to cower and run when he brought a machete. When Chike Ofoedu stood his ground, the stupid man in green khaki was scared and asked who he was. He hid the machete because he knew it was wrong and he feared a mob action. Like all bullies and cowards, he brought out his phone to call for help. 5 Likes |

One way driving is legal in Nigeria na. All the roads are bad. So any road, we see that is manageable, we de drive against traffic. But physical assault, I don't support. |

Most people on this forum are already saying the footballer should just let the military man go to avoid further embarrassment. It takes living outside of this sh*thole to know your right and how to protect it. If we keep allowing the military get away with their excesses, time will come that no single man will dare walking on the same street with a military person. Trust Nigerians that if the fear of the military overwhelmed them too much, then the military would start exploiting them for monetary gain, they will become your tax collector like the dreaded defunct SARS. Sometimes the best way to avoid a trouble is to confront the trouble itself head on. I trust this guy would have returned the slapping favour if the military man was not on uniform 3 Likes |
