Again, INEC Postpones Parliamentary Elections Till Saturday April 9 2011-UPDATED The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has provisionally agreed with political parties to postpone the parliamentary elections earlier schedule for tomorrow till Saturday April 9th 2011.
