Any law abiding citizen of Nigeria can get a licenced gun most likely a PA or English B with some paper work and some Cheddars... but with special arrangements u can have any gun u want from AK's to SMG's , LAR's, GPMG's, pistols and any kind of hand gun, grenades, RPG Lauchers, Legit bullet proofs vests ( half body or full body down to ur toes) Na ur money go do am for u/ right legit connect. No.man suppose dey like bolor for this wicked country wey we dey so

To ur second question my brother its supposed to be a crime but in Naija even law enforcement agents kill suspect and even parade the dead bodies... its a real jungle out here. U just gats survive am
