The budget additions include N100 million for "empowerment for selected young ladies and girls in Nsukka, Enugu State" and N500 million each for "provision of empowerment materials to youths in some selected states in the north-east." Senator Chuka Utazi is a confam onye high way. #Thiefnator |

The N500 billion to be stolen and shared by two to three persons. Tomorrow, a Nigerian immigrant in India gets caught for illegal activities. Nairaland people start to say the immigrant at India is painting Nigeria in bad colors. |

oluwasegun007: The entity has expired since 2014. None of the politicians believes in the entity anymore. Why one or two politicians or civil servants can steal up to N500 billion from the federal coffers. |

SilverNorGold: I disagree on this part. Most Pastors & G.Os don't have much power or control over the financial departments. If those religious bodies are shut down or don't collect any dime from the members (maybe the rich), the rate of unemployment in this nation would be higher than what we have now. Do you know how many people those religious bodies are paying/feeding every month? From the employed workers to the orphans,,,, to the widows,,,, to the aged,,,, to the prisoners,,,, to the less privileged. I know a brother who was sponsored to study in Senegal by the church because his aged parents (birthed him at old age as only son) couldn't afford sending him to higher institution & he's committed to God's work in the church. The staff of the religious schools (e.g Covenant University & others) are human beings & mostly Nigerians like us. Let's be guided, please. 1 Like |
