so u didn't read the part things added were the senators constituency projects....which money had been provided for......or the ones for specific girls in anambra or so....most of the padded items are almost vague and the money disappears and u here saying legal....and please it is not lobbying!!!

I asked u the brand of weed u smoke u refused to say....how is padding project politics??... cause we all know the padded money vanishes into thin air...and for clarity sake so u don't phew rubbish outside...the executive prepares the project...the legislative debates and approves it..for the executive to implement... and it is an open secret that the two arms work together on things like this for there personal gain so please stop sounding naive...u even had the effrontery to say is not corruption... gosh!!!!

Stop being stupid, the Legislators debate the budgets, while executive heads are called to defend some items in the budgets then the Legislators adjust, add and remove items they don't want in the budget.

The Legislators don't implement capital projects hence the Executive will do the justice required. If two bridges were approved bearing the same name, the Executive will do one and writes to NASS to transfer the remaining funds for other projects.
