Esseite: CBN is only chopping of leaves in trying to kill the tree. Crypto currency is the future of transactions. The digital economy can never be run by physical money. If Mark Zuckerberg is allowed to start his own crypto currency, that will be the beginning of the end for paper money. You balance your exchange of forex (through cryptos or real money) by balancing your balance of trade. Importing everything and exporting nothing is not a sustainable economic model. Nigeria must start start producing instead of always consuming. Government at all levels must start an "autarky" policy. Self sufficiency must the most important policy of government. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Nigeria is run by literal satanists. The evil is unthinkable. The atrocities committed by those the public loves and respects are immense. Everything the public has been made to believe for generations is false. All Nigeria politicians don't care about Nigerians welfare they like seeing them miserable |

wirinet: I agree with you and with the person you quoted. Both of you make clear sense. The truth is, CBN must stop dollars leaving the country because we aren't earning enough dollars,so that we don't end up with the naira becoming like the Bolivar and the Zim Dollar, but in the end the ultimate solution is we must earn more dollars by being a productive industrial country, not an 'oil dependent' country. |

Xeedee:do u know that this same govt has in addition made it very very difficult for people in diaspora abroad to send foreign currencies (funds) into the country? Now if this is not a clear stupidity and foolishness? what is it? If it is to ban the repatriation of scarce Forex (or launder it out like most corrupt people in govt do) out of the country, then I have no problems absolutely with that! But to ban the entry of scarce Forex into the country? haba! Okay I see, maybe it is the recent rapid rise in oil prices that is shacking them! Btw the oil price might hit $100 per barrel before year end. Or it was done to destabilize yahoo yahoo boys, so that maga (defrauded client) will not pay them any longer. From all indications it is now very clear this APC govt can even destroy the very citizens they are ruling in order to achieve its own evil objectives/agenda! They strongly behave like the monarch Queen Cersei Lannister of the concluded game of thrones movie series, who wiped out her own people! 1 Like |

wirinet: Good point, now how do we do that, when a large volume of liquidity is plunged into crypto currencies and stagnated by people waiting for it to rise rather than real investments.. how then do we run the economy? |

Gandollaar: The only support the state government needs from the federal government is for them to ban public grazing and the consequences for those who go against this law should be clearly stated. It's not acceptable that we have a President who in words and in deed think it is okay for herdsmen to trespass on lands that don't belong to them. 1 Like |

Re: Shutting Crypto Accounts Can't Stop Igboho’s Funding - Lawyer by buckeyemedia: 9:08am On Feb 06, 2021 |
luvmijeje:It is not the President’s call to ban herdsmen, that is the duty of the individual State Governments, the severity of herdsmen’s problems vary from State to State, some states are more critical than others, so a 1 wand solution can’t fix the problem, it is a state by state problem, not a Federal problem. Take for example Alausa’s problem is urban not rural, Lagos State Government is interested in seizing more Okadas than cows. |

A305: Crypto currency is a lazy investment, it is beneficial to you and myself when we make small margins, but robs of liquidity from the economy. what happens to unemployment if we all are waiting on cryptos and push every atom of funds into crypto market despite have very low export to commiserate with the forex outflow? This is the reason countries are propping their own coins, but would we ever invest in a Nigerian coin? |

luvmijeje:Ok I understand you. But that would never happen because you rejected Ruga. Government has spoken through their proxies that Fulanis would continue to graze openly until world's end because it's in their nature. Femi Adesina once advocated for " your land or your life" for peace to reign, he speaks for the topmost leadership class. |

Gandollaar: Yes, for Bitcoin to trade much more than our stock exchange, it goes to show their is a very big problem up ahead.. How we have left physical organization investment for quick small margin profit at a huge expense of forex outflow not stored in Nigeria is a problem.. if this was not curbed, organizations would be folding up very soon for lack of liquidity. |

buckeyemedia: It's a Nigeria problem. This is an issue that is affecting majority of the states. We have a group of people who believes that they are above the the law or as one of them said, Nigeria belongs to them. They are one out of 300 tribes in this country. It's affront on the rule of law for this group of people to be terrorising our people and the President continue to turn blind eyes on this issue. |
