Which stretch of our federal expressways do you feel wins title of most notorious by always being in the news for the wrong reasons eg. accidents, robberies, kidnappings etc.

Being a frequent traveller to several parts of the country, I decided to make this top 5 countdown.
This list is a personal opinion of Ogbiwa.

Here goes in ascending order:

5. Enugu - Onitsha Exp. way
4. Abuja - Lokoja - Okene Exp. way
3. Abuja - Kaduna Exp. way
2. Lagos - Ibadan Exp. way
1. Benin - Ore Exp. way

NB. This thread was inspired while I was on Benin - Ore few hours ago.

Good list, though I'll surely add Onitsha - Owerri to that list. I don't care how it can be accommodated, all I know is I've spent the past 3 weeks constructing a building close to that Express and it's simply one week one trouble there (it's actually less than one week frequency)

You see this Abuja - Lokoja - Okene Exp. way, the crime rate for that road no be yea

[/font] The three roads I will nominate for this award will be

Abuja - Kaduna expressway (notorious for kidnapping and frequent armed robbery activities.)

Maiduguri - baga road ( Boko haram members don plant so many landmines on that road)

Abuja- Lokoja - okene road ( it looks as if there's a blood thirsty demon on that road. So many accident, robberies, kidnapping and death)

The most plied is lagos-ibadan-ore-benin-asaba highway, as a result of traders travelling from east to lagos daily
