Am not standing surety for Odua... but correcting your last point of "imagine such in done by Buhari" with an example. I think your write up shows the GEJ administration was more for Nigeria than self, because history showed he worked more for other states than even his own Bayelsa state.. how about the laid Mohammed 2bn VON loot?, Osinbajo N5bn Nema loot?...

Jonathan actually caused some problems facing Nigerians today. His hatred and nepotism against Yoruba sent him packing and killed his second term agenda.

Yoruba people make Jonathan a vice president and making president. The igbo that not do anything then he accommodated then and disregarded Yoruba people.

Jonathan stupidity paved way for buhari.

If it only end in Fosters then No problem as I know most of the Herders do not even know how to read, talkless of understanding what was written in.

They (Biafrans) should also remember that Igbos living In Fulani states like Katsina are not ready to vacate too.

There's plenty of land in the North for them and their cows, they should just go! If we need beef, we'll travel to buy their cows or we'll start serious ranching with correct cows undecided

Soon the Arewa youth consultation will soon start theirs in the north as well.

Where would all of this take us to?

The government should better speak up on this herdsmen issue before it gets out of hand.

I remember a time in this country when all the six ministers in Jonathan's kitchen cabinet were all Igbo's. Ayim Pius Ayim was SGF, Ngozi Okonjo Iwealla was in charge
finance, Emeka Wogu was in Labour and productivity, Berth
Nnaji was in Power and Energy, Dieziani Madueke was the
powerful minister for oil. The six of them outside the Federal
Executive Council would meet and decide what and what not to be discussed at the larger FEC. Whatever they decided
would eventually be the position of government. In 6 years,
this was the situation. Okiro and Onovo had the police under their control. Ihejerika and later Minimah controlled the Army.
These powerful Igbo's could do and undo. Nigeria was in their pockets. Rather than care about the poor Igbo chaps
scattered all over the country, they were busy diverting billions of naira into their accounts at home and abroad.
The 2nd Niger Bridge, they didn't do. They shared the money. The
Lagos/Calabar rail lines passing through 9 States, 3 of them
in the SE, they were not bothered. They refused to pay the
Chinese the Counter part fund. They shared the money. Enugu/
Onitsha, Aba/PH and other roads of economic importance to
their fellow Igbo's, they abandoned. Who is to blame? Who
Was marginalising the Igbo's that time? You had your chance, you bungled
it.
There was only 1 Yoruba minister worth mentioning at that time, Akinwunmi Adesina. He was in Agric, the yoruba did called or complain of been marginalized. His budget was
less than 1% while Emeka Wogu in Labour had over 10% for
his ministry, Ayim had unlimited access to the treasury for the
benefit of himself and family members. The poor Igbo guys
meant nothing to him. If an Igbo becomes President
tomorrow after bubu, will there be any difference? The
Igbo man will marginalise his fellow Igbo people.....[/quote]

Nigeria is gradually descending into a pit from which it will never come out of.
Nothing like pit here.
Statements like this is what emboldens these herdsmen.
Let them buy lands and ranch their cows as done all over the world or take their cows back to parts of the north where they are permitted to be roaming.
How difficult is that?

Just 2 questions. Were all these people appointed into government to help Nigeria, or to help Igbos?

In 60 years of Nigerias independence, the North has held power for over 40 years. Where is the North today?

So why lamenting when you had chances to better your lots. Buhari has turned katsina state to small London by northern standard. Babangida transformed Niger state.
