A diplomatic blue passport or whatever, is what it is because it is accorded global recognition. Look, ICC is a UN body. Once, you are tagged somebody who committed crime against humanity, things change fast and the so-called blue passport becomes a piece of trash. Chief a diplomatic passport simply gives u immunity from prosecution in countries other than your own country. Tell me the crimes the people mentioned in the report have committed outside Nigeria? A new government can revoke their appointments and prosecute them in Nigeria

If one of the superpowers like US, Russia or China vetoes, any investigation by ICC on Buratai will die without prosecution. That's the case with Saudi Crown Prince. This is one reason why there is a popular opinion that ICC is for poor developing countries while the superpowers are never investigated like case of the Muslim minorities being persecuted in China.
