Which is better customer care job for a new company ,no tfare to be paid cos it close to home, salary 35k ,8 to 6pm Monday to Saturday and you can only leave after working 2yrs max. Sales Representative job for an old reputable organization ,salary 60k tfare 8k per month, 8 to 5pm,Monday to Friday, commission on monthly sales. which is better?has more career growth ? and rewarding? |

objohn:What's the second company into? If it's something that can be marketed easily, go for it. There's work-life balance and the salary is ok. But if it's otherwise, u can keep managing the first option till u get another, or better still hold on for something better. |
