What's the second company into? If it's something that can be marketed easily, go for it. There's work-life balance and the salary is ok. But if it's otherwise, u can keep managing the first option till u get another, or better still hold on for something better.

I think you should go for the Sales Rep job, it's more flexible and maybe a bit convenient than the first..
