- A browser
- A text editor(Notepad++, Vscode, Sublime, Atom)

I used MDN(Mozilla developer's network). Its a website.... For videos, Freecodecamp's javascript crash course should be good enough

JavaScript is a prototype-based scripting language that is dynamic, weakly typed, and has first-class functions. nj demolition

Not really but then I've never had any problems learning new programming languages, so you can't take my word for it

Yes it is, learning ur first programming language is not going to be easy. It will be frustrating at a point but if you are able to persevere you will be glad you did. You are not doing it as a get rich quick scheme are you?

My problem is practicing what I have learnt as a beginner.
I am not good enough to start building projects.
Should I just wait till i'm a little better at it?

if you have already learnt the basics, then the next step is to practice what you know by building projects that's how you will get better! not by waiting.

I'll suggest that you download project videos from YouTube and code along to build the projects. I'll recommend Brad Traversy and DevEd YouTube channels, they have great content for web development.

I've downloaded the freecodecamp javascript video, tho it's 3hrs long, I'm still in one hour
I put the video at the end but how he ended it didn't seem like he did some projects or is that just one of the videos?

there's no way you'll learn everything from one 3hrs video

take the parts he taught and build projects yourself or just watch another video on a project

I'm currently using that tutorial. I don't really like it though. It's a little too fast for me.

I tried learning from their website but I don't always have data and I prefer watching videos or reading books.

I'm able to understand the concepts but I haven't really memorised JavaScript syntax. It's not as easy as html and CSS.

I haven't watched the video you are watching so can't tell how good it is. But their bootcamp is good because they give you problems to solve along the way from basic to intermediate level. So it's really a good way to learn because you are not just only learning but using what you learn to solve certain problems.

I also plan on using their bootcamp eventually. Since I hear they give certificates
