Imagine a well known corrupt governor speaking on insecurity.

Gan dollar is compromised. A lot of these bandits are supported by corrupt leaders as they many times are used as political thugs then abandoned but now armed and things go crazy.

He is not being straightforward. Kano is not homogeneous they just come down on anybody that doesn’t fall in line with whatever fake objective Gandollar is selling. Kwankwaso did Kano state a disservice handing over to this.
