Do you know the fear and psychological damage being faced with live ammunition and arbitrary arrests has brought and still can bring? Did the governors take any tangible action?

The governors are squarely to blame as they are the ones that invite security agents to harass and maim their citizens without taking any concrete measures towards addressing the core issues. How many times has the issue been raised?
