A whole commissioner in the south recently came out to tell the whole world that 60% of girls in secondary schools in his state are not virgins. I lived in the south and got to know that girls start to know men (I didn't write a man) from primary schools. So fornication with little girls is systemic and institutionalised in southern Nigeria.
